A few new tweaks and additions.

- Added a settings menu. Only 2 settings are currently window mode and resolution. Only resolutions currently supported are 16:9 for windowed resolutions. Alternatively you can also use fullscreen or borderless. These settings should persist in between play sessions.

- Finished the Sign In process for username and password logins. Now players can either register with a username and password, or sign in with Unity. Will be adding the ability to change password in the near future. Not sure how password recovery will function, if at all, without an email being tied to the account. Will look further into this.

- Removed the Debug menu, reserving these functions for admin accounts
